Hidden in a corner of a strip mall, this understated Pho restaurant resides. I have been curious about beef rib pho and this place serves it. From a prior visit, they were out but today was my lucky day. Arriving around 12 noon, there were plenty of tables and had of choice of seating. So I ordered the giant beef rib pho with egg noodles and Vietnamese ice coffee. It didn't much time for the food delivery. It was very inviting with the bean sprouts, basil, cilantro and lime. First and foremost the meat fell off the giant beef rib and was very tender. However the broth was not on the same level with the beef rib or comparable to others that I have had. I was disappointed. And the egg noodle needed a little more cook time. The Vietnamese coffee had a vanilla flavor, not the usual strong, bitter and sweet coffee offered elsewhere. Service was no better or worst than most like place. However it serves beef rib pho which is not commonly offered by others. That's their plus.

It wasn't busy at the moment I went. I got sat down quickly. It's decent and clean inside. I decided to go with spicy beef noodle soup because it was closest thing to a Thaiboat Noodle Soup. I was under the impression that the pork blood was gonna be mixed into the broth similar to a boat noodle soup. The pork blood came in a solid form of a cube. Which is fine but I prefer it in liquid form. Again, I'm assuming this is how this specific dish made with pork blood. The noodles are round. Surprisingly I didn't mind that. I thought it'd be somewhat flat noodle. The broth wasn't spicy as it's named. For those that are intimidated by it being spicy, you will be fine. It just looks like it can be spicy. There were lots of meat inside the soup. I almost couldn't finish it all because there were so much meat. I liked it that they had pork organ meat in it. It definitely brought out a nice texture. Broth was flavorful. Id come back again.

1. Hostess or wait time Called in for a to-go order. Lady on the phone was clear, precise and said it would be ready in 5-10 minutes. 2. Service & Ambiance Upon arrival, there was a nice old man greeting me in. Glad they allow Apple Pay or card instead of the "Cash Only" type Phone restaurants The place looks very clean and definitely looks like they rehabbed the place to look more modern compared to the last time I ate here. 3. Food Bun Rieu - Has Ground Artificial crab and Pork Blood (optional) Was good and very few restaurants in the area offer this soup. Best one I've had was from Hue in San Jose. Hu Tieu Chicken Combination Soup - It reminds me of when I visited Vietnam 8 months ago. Not many Pho restaurants offer this so I'm grateful they offer this in 3-4 types. Very good! I like to add more Fried onions to it lol Definitely will be coming back to try more of their menu items! 4. Plating & presentation of the dishes To-Go order separated all vegetables, noodles and soup 5. Price Pricing is average with other Pho places I have been too

Party of 9 was seated quickly. Plenty of tables and there was only 1 other family there. It was a hot day, no AC no fan. Food was good and came out quick. The kids love their pho. I ordered shrimp egg roll vermicelli. It only came with 3 small shrimps. We also ordered seafood noodles. And sprigs rolls. Everyone really enjoyed their meal. Our serve was really nice. We forgot to order egg noodles and it came out with pho noodles but they were nice enough to switch it out for us. Plenty of parking not a crowded plaza. Went on a weekend. I would come back here.
